Fee Schedule

Most of us do not choose a doctor, attorney, accountant or even autormobile mechanic based solely on who could provide the service for the lowest fee.  These service providers are chosen (and retained) because they are reputable, reliable, know their subject matter, and are trusted by their clients.  It doesn't take long to find out that the lowest price does not always equate to the better deal or service.   Too often, unfortunately, the old adage "you get what you pay for", rings true for an unsatisfied customer.  We strongly urge that you talk with us concerning your needs, and allow us to instill confidence that we are the best choice for the services we offer.  We will not always, and do not attempt to, be the lowest fees in the business, but we will always provide high value.  Having said that, we have "shopped the market" and find that our fees are competitively positioned.      Investigations   $50 per hour, per investigator, plus expenses.  Package plans may be available depending on the number of personnel needed, scope, and duration of the investigation. Background checks/investigations   Simple background check (state & county of residence, MV check and SSN check) $40. For more indepth investigations, additional fees apply.     Security Consulting   $60 per hour, T & E basis.  Depending on the scope and size of the project, we can determine a flat fee in lieu of T & E.     Legal Process Service   Local*  (Escambia Co. Florida)- $20 * The below rates apply to areas within Escambia County due to the distance from downtown Pensacola McDavid and Century- $30 Perdido Key (west of Baars bridge)- $30 Pensacola Beach- $30 Second address - same as first paper Santa Rosa County- $30 Okaloosa and Walton Counties- $40 Military and Penal Facilities- add $15 Rushes- Above rates x 2 All other counties within Florida and the U.S.- Other fees apply.  Ask us. We are a certified process server and can serve process within the state of Florida, or throughout the United States.  Fees are based on location of service, as well as other factors, and are competitively priced.  Naturally, we love the easy ones, but we specialize in ones that are difficult to serve, or have been evasive.  We make the extra effort and, if its humanly possible, we'll find them and complete service.  Call for further information and details.      Risk Management Consulting $60 per hour, T & E basis.  Depending on the scope and size of the project, we can determine a flat fee in lieu of T & E.     Claims Adjusting Fees can be negotiated for either an hourly or percentage rate.
